Licence details

The Canvas Library is included with your Maeten template and is licensed for use on one website. You can use, edit, restyle and rearrange these canvases as much as you like within your own Showit design.

What you can't do:
- Resell, redistribute, or give the canvases away, whether on their own or as part of another product
- Use them on a second website, including a client's site, unless you've purchased a separate template licence for it
- Share your library access, share your Showit design file, or copy canvases into someone else's design
- Include them in a template, kit, or bundle of your own

If you're a designer building sites for clients, you'll need a licence per client site — just get in touch and I'll sort you out.

Think of these as spare parts — extra sections I built that don't live on the main template, but might be exactly what you need. Swap them in, leave them out, mix and match. Nothing in here is required; it's just here if you want it. They're all styled to match, so dropping one in won't break your site's look.

How to use the Canvas Library

To add a canvas to any page, head to the left side panel and right click on the three dots of the canvas you want to duplicate, select 'copy'. Then, navigate to the page you would like to add the canvas and click on the three dots next to the page name and click 'paste [canvas name]'. This canvas will be added to the bottom of that page. You can move it by dragging the canvas. This works for all canvases on any page.

Live view of each canvas

To see how each canvas looks on a live site, simply click on Preview in the top right and click on the preview URL.
